Global footy megastar David Beckham has come to the rescue of a family whose car broke down at the side of the road.
When Paul Long's car broke down in Hertfordshire, the LA Galaxy midfielder was the first driver to help.
It was quite a shock for Paul, six-year-old Josephine and eight-year-old Fabian who were on their way to school.
But not happy to see those guys missing any lessons, Becks helped push the car safely to the side of the road.
Paul described what happened: "We were on the A10 roundabout, which was pretty dangerous, and had been stuck there for about 10 minutes.
Remember when Beckham met Ore?
"Eventually I saw a car pull over in the distance and a man in a hoodie got out...My instinctive reaction was to say: 'You're David Beckham'.
He asked if we were OK and I said we'd broken down and could he push us to the side.
When we'd pushed the car to safety - and I have to say another man stopped to help by this point - he asked if we were OK and I said: 'David Beckham, I love you, mate'.
"All the way through he was smiling.
"He got us out of a sticky situation, it could have been quite nasty."
At the moment Becks' team, LA Galaxy, are on their pre-season break, so the former Man United, Real Madrid and AC Milan star is training with Tottenham.
