Ricky Ponting has been ruled out of the final Ashes Test in Sydney against England because of a finger injury.
Ponting first fractured the little finger of his left hand during the third Test in Perth.
An X-ray on Wednesday revealed more damage during the fourth Test. The Australian captain says he's devastated to miss the match.
Vice-captain Michael Clarke will take his place, with Usman Khawaja coming in for his Test debut.
The setback means that Australia will have to try and level the series without their best batsman of the last decade.
England retain the Ashes
England retained the Ashes on Wednesday after beating the Australians by an innings and 157 runs in the fourth Test at the MCG stadium in Melbourne with a day to spare.
