Floods leave Australia underwater

Flooding in Australia has forced hundreds of people to leave their homes.

Some parts of north-eastern Australia are completely underwater, and in one town 300 people were flown to safety by a fleet of helicopters.

The flood was caused by Cyclone Tasha, which hit Queensland on Saturday, bringing heavy rain and storms.

Although the rain is getting better in some areas, the floods have already badly damaged buildings and crops.
