Newsround and Horrible Histories win Children's Baftas

Living with Alcohol NR special

Newsround and Horrible Histories won top prizes at this years Children's Baftas in London.

Newsround picked up the award for best factual programme for our special programme, Living with Alcohol.

And CBBC show Horrible Histories also did well - it won a whopping three trophies for best comedy, best writing and best performer.

Take That singer Gary Barlow presented CBeebies with the award for the best channel.

CBBC favourite Tracey Beaker Returns got the prize for best drama and Shaun the Sheep won the title of best animation.

Richard Hammond missed out on the top presenter trophy to Justin Fletcher who stars in Something Special on the CBeebies channel.
