Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 has smashed box office records, say film studio Warner Bros.
The blockbuster took about £17.5m over the weekend, putting the previous record of £13.5m for the last James Bond film in the shade.
The sky-high numbers aren't too huge a surprise given the first six films raked in a whopping £3.4bn!
Josh Berger from Warner Bros said: "The opening of this film has become an extraordinary worldwide event."
