Heavy rain and strong winds have caused flooding and landslides in parts of Cornwall, south-west England.
Many people have been trapped in their homes and cars. Firemen are helping to rescue people who are stuck.
In some areas experts reckon the water is almost 2m deep.
Some people have had to leave their cars after the water on the roads became too deep to drive in.
Trains have also been stopped from running after a landslip caused by the heavy rain damaged the track.
Some schools have been shut and even the Eden Project has been forced to close for the day because of the weather.
Search and rescue helicopters are also helping people who have been flooded.
