Fifteen people, including five children, have been hurt in what was thought to be a gas explosion in Salford, Greater Manchester.
Three houses were totally destroyed and 20 others were damaged in the blast which happened on Tuesday morning.
A search team with a sniffer dog have been busy making sure no-one else is trapped in the rubble.
About 50 firefighters were sent to the scene and a big investigation is going on to find out what happened.
Local councillor Christine Hudson said she was amazed that more people weren't injured.
She described the scene saying: "It's just absolutely devastating. It's like a war zone."
