The wait is over for X Factor fans - we now know who's made it through to the live finals. And you're probably not surprised to see 17-year-old Cher Lloyd in Cheryl's top three.
Cher wowed the judges in the first round of auditions but struggled with a throat infection later on. Now she's determined she's got what it takes to win.
Cheryl Cole told Katie Waissel she thought she could be "a little bit annoying", but that didn't stop her picking her for the live finals.
For the Boys category, Dannii picked Aiden, Matt and Nicolo.
Painter and decorator Matt Cardle, 27, made it into Dannii Minogue's top three after the judges decided to raise the age limit for the Boys category from 25 to 28.
Louis wasn't very happy when he found out he had the Over 28s, but now he says he's got a great top three in John, Mary and Storm Lee.
Looks like Storm Lee's had a bit of a transformation though. Check out the hair!
Cher went shopping with fellow finalists Harry, Zain and Niall, who are part of 1 Direction. They auditioned separately for the show, but were picked by the judges to form a group.
Simon Cowell is the mentor for the Groups. As well as 1 Direction, he also picked girl group Belle Amie, who were also put together by the show's judges, and F.Y.D.
