Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association.
It follows comments he made to officials when the Gunners played Sunderland on Saturday.
Wenger appeared to confront one of the officials after Darren Bent equalised for Sunderland in the fifth minute of injury time.
The official had earlier shown on his board that only four minutes of extra time would be played.
Wenger has until 23 September to decide whether to accept the charge or face an FA investigation.
If the Arsenal boss accepts the charge he will face a one-match touchline ban and an £8,000 fine.
