Two boys survive lightning strike

Two boys have survived after being struck by lightning at an air festival in Suffolk.

For one of them it was a case of unlucky number 13- he's 13-years-old, it happened on Friday 13 August and, on the 24-hour clock, the time was 13:13!

He was watching the air show when the bolt struck him, but he only got a small burn on his shoulder.

Another boy who's 16 was also hit and said he threw his umbrella down when he saw a spark on his hand.

Around 150,000 spectators were watching the air show when it happened.

Three different people were hit but there weren't any serious injuries.

It's thought around 50 people are struck by lightning each year in Britain and on average five are killed.
