Lewis Hamilton walks back to base after being forced to retire

Lewis Hamilton's been overtaken in the Formula One Driver's Championship after being forced to drop out of Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix.

The McLaren driver was in fourth place when he was forced to retire on lap 24 because of problems with his gearbox.

Red Bull's Mark Webber went on to win and take a four point lead over Lewis Hamilton in the championship table. Ferrari's Fernando Alonso came second.

Sebastian Vettel, who started in pole position, had to settle for third.

Current world champion Jenson Button finished eighth.

The result of the race in Hungaroring means there are now just 20 points separating the top five drivers - Mark Webber, Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso.
