Selling a gadget which lets you copy games to use on the Nintendo DS is against the law, a top court has ruled.
Loads of people download DS games for free - which is illegal - then play them using special cartridges.
The gadget gets round security systems built in to the official Nintendo games so you don't have to cough up cash to get the latest releases.
But the High Court ruling means the cartridges can no longer be sold or advertised in the UK.
