You wouldn't believe some of the things being found by a team of divers doing a clean-up off the Welsh coast - check out this shopping trolley!

Yes, your eyes are right - it's a kitchen sink. Neptune's Army of Rubbish Cleaners have also found microwaves and fridges that've been dumped in the Pembrokeshire sea.

People who can't be bothered to recycle properly have dumped stuff out at sea - like these bikes. The litter damages the seabed and hurts marine wildlife.

Another problem is that angling kit gets left behind and can injure and kill sea creatures.

This dogfish and smoothhead shark have been caught up in fishing line.

NARC's David Jones says kids can help with the problem by making sure they pick up their litter when they're on the beach - and by joining a local beach clean-up group.
