Bad flooding hits China

A weekend of heavy rain has caused flooding in south west China that's killed at least 23 people and left around 600,000 homeless.

The army have had to rescue people from their houses using boats.

And water levels at a big dam that was just completed a couple of years ago have risen four metres in the last few days.

They've opened some of the floodgates to try and get rid of some of the water.
