In pics: Horse rescued from river

Poor Fingel the horse needed a bit of help when it got stuck in a river in Dorset in south-west England.

The water was a metre deep and Fingel was very cold when rescuers got to the animal.

The team had to use a big harness to lift Fingel out of the water.

But they managed to get Fingel safely back onto solid ground! Phew.
