Former X Factor contestant Diana Vickers is on course to hit number one with her debut single, Once.
The song is top of the midweek singles chart, beating Chipmunk's track with Esmée Denters, Until You Were Gone.
Diana came fourth in The X Factor in 2008 - the same year that brought us Alexandra Burke and JLS.
After leaving the reality show, the 18-year-old starred in the West End musical The Rise and Fall of Little Voice for four months.
She had positive reviews for her theatre role, even picking up the London newcomer of the year gong at this year's Whatsonstage Awards.
If Diana tops the chart this Sunday, she will be only the third X Factor loser to score a number one single. The other two to do it are Chico from series two and JLS.
Diana's first album Songs from the Tainted Cherry Tree is due out on 3 May. It includes contributions from Ellie Goulding and Snow Patrol.
