New bridge for flood-hit town

A new bridge has opened to traffic which will make life much easier for people in the flood-hit town of Workington.

The Northside bridge was destroyed in severe floods in Cumbria last November, and it split the town in two.

Some people have had to travel 18 miles to get from one side of the town to the other.

But this new temporary bridge will change all that.
