Have you ever been woken up by someone snoring? Maybe you've heard your dad snore at night - or even seen your mates snoring on the school bus!
Perhaps you've struggled with snoring yourself, and are embarrassed by the problem. Or maybe you think it's no big deal.
This week is National Stop Snoring week when snorers across the UK will be trying to get a quiet night's sleep.
