Check out an underwater volcano

Scientists have filmed what are thought to be the deepest volcanic vents in the world.

They're called black smokers and they've been filmed 3.1 miles or 5000 metres down in the sea in the Caribbean.

They were found by a group of British scientists from the University of Southampton

The underwater volcanic chimneys spray out water that is hot enough to melt lead!
