Newcastle have been promoted back to the Premier League five games before the end of the season.
The Magpies were relegated from the top flight last year after a string of defeats and a terrible season.
But a year on they have been promoted back, and are still in with a good chance of becoming champions.
Chris Hughton's side beat Sheffield United 2-1 last night, and because third placed Nottingham Forest could only draw, Newcastle are going up.
With five games to go, the side from the north east now have to battle it out with second placed West Brom to see who will be champions.
As Newcastle's players and fans celebrated, their manager Chris Hughton said: "These group of lads have had a real desire to get back into a division that everyone here thinks we should be in."
