Pet rabbits have teeth trouble

Rabbits are really popular pets, but a lot of them are suffering because they're not being fed the correct food.

Animal charity PDSA says there's been a massive increase in the number of rabbits who need to go to the dentist.

Last year, one in six pet rabbits had problems with their teeth, mainly because their diet was not right.

Rabbits need to be fed lots of hay, a handful of fresh vegetables and some rabbit pellets bought from a shop every day to help keep their teeth in check.

Food isn't the only problem that pet rabbits face, according to the charity.

They say that most people who own rabbits don't keep pets in big enough hutches, or give them enough space to play in.
