Formula 1 ace Lewis Hamilton may be doing well on the track, but his driving has got him into big trouble off of it.
Lewis has had his regular car taken away by police in Australia, after they stopped him for not driving it properly.
The police say his back wheels skidded as he accelerated down a road in the city of Melbourne.
Lewis has apologised, describing what he did as "silly".
It's not the first time Lewis has been in hot water for his driving. He was caught speeding on a motorway in France in 2007.
Things were going better for Lewis in his Formula 1 car. On Friday, he managed to get the fastest time ahead of Sunday's Australian Grand Prix.
