New dinosaur discovered in China

They may have died out millions of years ago but scientists have just unearthed a new species of dinosaur in China.

A near perfect skeleton of a creature similar to the Velociraptor has been found in cliffs in Inner Mongolia.

The claw of the creature was spotted first and after further examination, a whole body and head was found.

Experts reckon it's a Linheraptor, which would have been alive on Earth 75 million years ago.

The eight-foot-long creature is related to the Velociraptor, one of the terrifying stars of the movie Jurassic Park.

Like its famous cousin, Linheraptor had a large curved toe claw on each foot which may have been used to catch its prey.
