Former Sugababes member Mutya Buena has started a legal case to own the band's name, it's been confirmed.
Mutya, who left the group in 2005, wants to be able to use the brand name Sugababes herself, as she was one of the original members.
The other two founding members of the band, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy, are mentioned in the case but it's just Mutya who's leading it.
If she wins, Mutya might be able to use the name Sugababes on her own CDs.
This would mean that the current group - made up of Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen - would not be able to call themselves Sugababes anymore.

However, Heidi denied there was a big row about the band's name at their album launch on Wednesday.
"Our record company own the name Sugababes," she said. "I don't know whether it's just the press kicking up a bit of a fuss but nothing that we're aware of."
Sense
Mutya has put her appeal to a group called the European Trademarks Authority. They are the people who decide who is allowed to use official names and brands on their products.

Her legal team said they hoped a decision would be made within a few months.
When Keisha, the last remaining original member of Sugababes left in 2009, Mutya said she felt like the band had ended.
She said at the time: "It kind of doesn't make sense that there is Sugababes any more. I don't know if it's just me, but Keisha being the original that was left out of the band, her leaving doesn't make it Sugababes really."
