Dog rescued after huge drop

The dog managed to swim to shore and was picked up by a lifeboat. She had to treated for her injuries but has now made a full recovery.

Poppy's owner Ben said: "She ran to the edge and just disappeared... I looked over the edge and saw her paddling."

He added: "She is really well-trained and well-behaved, but I think she ran so fast there was no chance of her stopping."
