What helps you get to sleep?

More than half of kids don't get enough sleep and are tired in the mornings, a Newsround questionnaire has found.

Lots of children told us they get distracted in their rooms at night by the TV, computer games and their mobiles.

But what helps YOU get to sleep?

Does it help you to read before you go to bed? Or does watching TV make you drift off?
