Taylor Swift has been getting a hard time from music critics about her performance at the Grammys.
One writer from an American newspaper described it as "caterwauling" and another said it was "off-key".
But now Taylor's record label have spoken out to defend her, saying she had some technical issues on the night.
The head of Big Machine Records, Scott Borchetta, said the criticism was "just over the top", and claimed that Taylor is the "voice of this generation".
He added: "It's that classic thing that critics do of building something up and then wanting to tear it down."
Taylor had a busy night at the Grammys. As well as performing her duet with Stevie Nicks she picked up four awards, including one for best album for Fearless.
