The albatross with two mums

The albatross is an endangered sea bird, so the arrival of a newborn is exciting news for the people who work to protect them.

But this baby bird is quite unusual, because it has two mums who have paired up to look after it.

The South Island in New Zealand is one of the few places in the world where they breed the albatross.
