Egypt win Africa Cup of Nations

Mohamed Zidan of Egypt celebrates after winning their final match of the African Cup of Nat

Defending champions Egypt have won the Africa Cup of Nations for the third year running.

Substitute Mohamed Nagui scored a goal with just five minutes to go, to seal Egypt's 1-0 victory over Ghana.

Despite winning, Egypt didn't play very well and only just came out on top in Angola.

This year the Cup has made headlines because the Togo team pulled out of the competition after their team bus was attacked by gunmen.

In total Egypt has won the Africa Cup seven times.
