What's the best way to keep fit?

Dance group Diversity have launched a step-by-step guide to their dance routines online, so kids can learn their moves.

They hope it'll encourage more of you to keep active by dancing.

But what do you reckon is the best way to keep fit? Are you a football fanatic, or just nuts about netball?

Maybe you've got an unusual way to stay active like rock climbing or hula-hooping?
