Rangers back at top of SPL

Rangers are back at the top of the SPL after a 3-0 win at Dundee United.

DaMarcus Beasley opened the scoring before Kenny Miller netted two to see the Blues go top over rivals Celtic by just one point.

The two Old Firm sides have been fighting for top spot so far this season and it's almost impossible to separate them.

Rangers boss Walter Smith said: "I thought the boys were terrific, they played very well right from the start."

But Dundee United manager Craig Levein apologised to his supporters saying there wasn't anything worth watching for them.
