New rules to report bullying

Bullying can be a big problem for lots of kids - and now the Government wants to bring in new rules to stop it.

They want all schools to start making official reports on bullying and these details will then be passed to the Local Authority.

At the moment, schools only have to report incidents of racist bullying.

Not everyone thinks the plans are a good idea. Some reckon teachers will spend more time filling in forms rather than stopping the bullies.
