Hamilton win red-card packed game

David Obua and James McArthur

Hamilton eased their SPL relegation worries with a 2-1 win against Hearts in a match packed with red cards.

Two Hearts players were sent off during the game, and then there were even more red cards after the match finished.

There were reports of fighting and swearing in the tunnel after the game, where two more Hearts players and one from Hamilton were sent off.

Back on the pitch, James McArthur and Simon Mensing scored for Hamilton, and Eggert Jonsson netted for Hearts.

The result moves Hamilton five points clear of bottom-of-the-table Falkirk.
