England will be playing America, Algeria and Slovenia in the group stages of the World Cup in South Africa next year.

It's a great draw for England- they managed to avoid some of the big teams like France, Portugal and the Ivory Coast.

It was all decided at a big event in South Africa.

The hardest group has to be Group G where Brazil, the Ivory Coast and Portugal will play each other.

America will be the toughest team for England in their group. They did really well in a big competition called the Confederations Cup recently, reaching the final.

Algeria and Slovenia on the other hand are not considered very strong sides.

We have to win!

England boss Fabio Capello said the draw was "not so bad."

He was asked whether England could win the World Cup, and he replied: "We have to win!"
