Ireland beat world champions SA

Ireland battled their way to brilliant 15-10 victory over world champions South Africa at Croke Park.

Jonathon Sexton scored all Ireland's points with kicks, and the home side defended superbly late on as South Africa tried to score a try.

Ireland did a lot of attacking with the ball, but didn't really get close to crossing the South African try line.

The news wasn't so good for Scottish fans though, as they lost 9-6 at home to Argentina.

Martin Rodriguez's drop goal in the final minutes earned the win for Scotland, in a game without any tries.

Scotland kicked two penalties to take a 6-0 lead thanks to Phil Godman, but Argentina worked their way back into the match with two Rodrguez penalties, and then he stole victory as well.
