Jamie Archer out of X Factor

Jamie Archer has been booted off the X Factor after failing to win the public vote with his version of Queen's The Show Must Go On.

He faced a sing-off with Lloyd Daniels after the pair came bottom in the public vote.

But after the judges' decision was tied, the public made the final decision for the fourth week running.

Jamie clocked up the least votes, so the spiky haired singer was given his marching orders.

He was positive about what was next for him.

Jamie said: "I just want to thank everyone who supported me.

"It's not the end - it's the beginning."
