No action for X Factor complaints

John and Edward

The people who make rules about what is shown on TV, Ofcom, are not going to take any action over the thousand of complaints made after Sunday's X Factor.

The programme received thousands of complaints after Simon Cowell saved the Jedward twins in the sing-off.

Lots of people were really angry about Simons decision to take it to deadlock and allow Lucie to be voted out.

Ofcom say they have looked at the complaints but won't be doing anything.

Ofcom investigate every complaint made against a TV show and look in to voting and how contestants are treated but say they can not get involved with the outcome of programmes.
