JLS have clocked up their second number one single with Everybody In Love, knocking Cheryl Cole off the top spot.
The X Factor runners-up pushed Cheryl's Fight For This Love down to number two, but her album, 3 Words, held on for a second week at number one.
Kesha was the highest new entry in the singles chart with Tik Tok entering at number six, while Chase and Status' End Credits went straight in at nine.
Bon Jovi scored the highest new album entry with The Circle at number two.
JLS' second chart topper of 2009 means they are the first British act since 2006 to bag two number ones in the same year, the Official Charts Company said.
