If you like football games there's only one question that matters, Fifa or Pro Evolution?

Every year there's a new version of both that lets you make up for your team's rubbish start to the season by handing out 5-0 thrashings to all your friends.

And the best part is you can do it all in your own comfy home!

So what's Fifa 10 got to offer then? Well you can play as just about any team in the world, from Barcelona to Burnley, taking control of superstars like Torres, Messi, and many more, as you try to play your opponent off the park (or sofa!)

And that's just the beginning!

Fun

This game is a must for footie fans. You can score beautiful goals, it's fast and furious, and you'll get into it in no time.

You might even find yourself shouting at the telly. Go on my son!

The online play is also brilliant for chatting to mates (especially if you're winning) and you'll enjoy playing real people instead of the computer.

Like most football games it's also got quite funny commentary. Don't be surprised if you hear "Tevez, with his bulldog like approach," a few hundred times!

Playability

The controls will be easy if you've ever played a footie game before. If not you'll need to play a few games to get comfortable. Just keep passing the ball and you'll be fine.

When you've got the basics sorted out, there are lots of complicated tricks in Fifa 10 which will need quick fingers and a quick mind!

They're tricky but it's worth giving them a try so you can show off your skills and wow your friends with back-heels, flicks, and turns.

Graphics

Fifa 10 looks great, with stadiums, pitches and players all seeming more real than ever.

Big name players like Rooney or Messi move just like how they would in real life, and even their faces look right.

Some of the smaller name players just look a bit scary, but overall you'll be impressed!

Difficulty

It all depends who you're playing against!

You might find it hard to score goals at first, and one on one chances with the keeper are tricky (hint: learn to lob him!)

But even when you're learning and getting beaten it's still lots of fun trying to improve your skills in time for the rematch!

Hit or miss?

Fifa 10 is a brilliant game with endless game modes, features, teams, and players.

You'll have a great laugh playing your way through all of these and it'll keep you busy for weeks.

Of course you might want to check out Pro Evolution Soccer 10 too, but there's no doubt about Fifa's quality this year! Check it out!
