Liverpool triumph over Man United

Fernando Torres celebrates scoring a goal

Liverpool ended their run of four straight defeats with a 2-0 win over Manchester United at Anfield.

Spain striker Fernando Torres, returning from injury, was first to score 65 minutes into the match.

Both teams were reduced to 10 men after United's Nemanja Vidic was sent off. Liverpool's Javier Mascherano was also shown the red card.

Liverpool's David Ngog added a second goal in stoppage time to seal victory for the home team.

Bolton are celebrating after substitute Ivan Klasnic scored a dramatic late winner to clinch a five-goal thriller.

The home team beat the Toffees 3-2 to move to 12th in the table.

Fulham fightback

Elsewhere in the Premier League, late goals from Carlton Cole and substitute Alessandro Diamanti saw West Ham come from two goals down to claim a deserved 2-2 draw with Arsenal.

And Fulham also fought back from two goals down to draw 2-2 and earn a point in their match with Manchester City.

The result ends City's 100% home record this season.
