Press Packer Sophie and her brother got to meet Princess Anne when she visited their riding stables.
Here's how Sophie describes her amazing day.
"The Chigwell Riding Trust Stables were visited by Princess Anne who launched the Riding for Disabled Association's 40th Anniversary and the world's biggest riding lesson.
I couldn't believe it when my brother and I were chosen to ride.
The stables are very special as they are for disabled riders only. I have a muscle weakness which makes riding difficult but these special horses are amazing.
Rosettes
Meeting the princess is something I will never forget.
She watched a lesson where I rode my favourite pony, Smartie, and presented us with rosettes.
The princess was lovely, I could tell she liked Smartie as she kept stroking his nose!
Looked lovely
She said Smartie and I made a good team, it was so easy to talk to her, I had to keep reminding myself she was a princess.
My brother James told her she looked lovely and she said he was a charmer.
Not many people get to meet a real princess.
OH WOW!!"
