A martial arts specialist used his karate training to help him break his own record as the world's fastest window cleaner.
Terry 'Turbo' Burrows, from Essex, made three 1.2 metre-high windows gleam in just 9.14 seconds, at the 2009 window cleaning competition in Blackpool.
A black belt in karate, the 54-year-old has been cleaning windows for 30 years said his success was due "to moving the body in sequence".
"I clean the windows in just 16 moves, and it's pretty intense," he said.
Terry actually finished the windows in a super-speedy 8.14 seconds, but got a one-second time penalty as he left two water marks on the glass.
