Dino footprints found in France

French find dinosaur footprints

Dinosaur footprints have been found in France dating back 150 million years.

The trail of prints were found in the Jura mountains in eastern France, a popular home for dinosaurs.

The scientists think they belong to Sauropods - the dinosaurs famous for having really long necks and tails; measuring about 30 metres in length.

Each footprint is between 1.5 and two metres long and it's possible that even more prints could be found in the same area hidden under mud.
