Scientists have found what they believe is the oldest human relative in Ethiopia in Africa.
The skeleton has been called Ardi and the fossil is nearly four and a half million years old.
Researchers have spent 17 years looking at Ardi and think that she might be the really important missing link between chimpanzees and humans.
She was about 1.2 metres tall and was good at climbing trees. She was able to walk on two feet too.
