A TV advert for X Factor winner Leona Lewis' album has been banned by the people that look after advertising after they decided it was misleading.
The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) said it's wrong to call her Best Kept Secret album 'new' as only seven of the 13 tracks on it actually are.
Five viewers complained after seeing the advert on television.
The ASA said that although the CD itself was new, calling the whole album new was incorrect.
Ethical Entertainment Limited, which was selling the album online, said six of the CD's tracks had been available for a while.
But customers could also download another six Leona songs, which had not been previously released, from its website.
