A Scottish pound note which dates back to 1836 has sold for a record price in an auction.
The £1 note fetched £9,000 at a charity auction - smashing the previous world record of £7,000.
It was originally issued by the North of Scotland Bank which became the Clydesdale Bank in 1951.
The whole event raised more than £110,000 for 70 different charities across Scotland. There'll be another sale of historic notes in October.
