Obama's school message for kids

American President Barack Obama has made a speech urging schoolchildren to work hard in class and not give up, but some people aren't happy about it.

During his speech, Mr Obama told students at Wakefield High School in Arlington, Virginia, that their country's future depends on their success.

But some parents and critics were annoyed they said they thought the president was trying to influence pupils politically.
