Dodgy downloaders cut off the net

The government has decided to get even tougher on people who illegally download films and music.

They say people who regularly do this should be completely cut off from the internet, and they want changes in the law to happen as quickly as possible.

It's thought around seven million people in the UK are involved in illegal downloading.

The government says it's trying to reduce the problem by at least 70% in the next few years.
