The local council in Leicester is hoping a new idea will make the roads safer for children - making bollards that look like kids.
Two of them have been put up outside a primary school in Leicester to see if drivers slow down when they see them. If they work, the council will use more of them.
Not everyone likes them though. Some people say they are too scary looking and are worried they may distract drivers rather than slow them down.
And they don't stop children from cycling past either!
