Biker makes Thames leap

Check out this daredevil ride by Australian stunt biker Robbie Maddison.

The record-breaking motocross champion took an unusual route across London's Thames River, by leaping across Tower Bridge as the road was raised.

And as if that wasn't daring enough, the 27-year-old performed a no-handed backflip as he jumped the gap between the north and south side of the bridge too!

Robbie holds the record for the world's longest ever motorbike jump at 350.7ft (106.9m).

Speaking after the Tower Bridge jump, he said: "The whole experience was awesome.

"We had a matter of minutes on the bridge and had to time everything to the second - there were so many factors to get right, but we pulled it off.

"It was an incredible feeling to fly between the two towers and over the Thames."
